Introduction :
This document is made as a guideline for our customers to know what use is possible on our servers. Araunah Web Technologies reserves the right to impose and change rules and regulations regarding the use of its services provided to all Customers and such rules and regulations are subject to change. Such rules and regulations are available to read on line on our website. Our TOS is not an exhaustive document and we reserves the right to modify this TOS at any time if needed. Any violation of our TOS may result in the suspension or termination of your account or any other action that we may think appropriate. No credits will be issued for any interruption in service resulting from policy violations.
When you, as a customer, sign up for an account or a server with Araunah Web technologies, you agree to comply with our policies. You are expected to use the Internet with respect, courtesy, and responsibility. We expect you to have a basic knowledge of how to use the Internet, the types of uses which are generally acceptable, and the types of uses which are to be avoided. Common sense is the best guide as to what is considered acceptable use.
The following are unacceptable uses: Illegal activities including but not limited to: unauthorized distribution or copying of copyrighted software, music files, videos or digital goods, warez sites, violation of U.S. export restrictions, harassment, fraud, trafficking, spamming, drug dealing, off shore financials, adult and sex related web site, anti-government or anti-religious material. We do not allow either sites promoting racism, racial hatred, gambling, casinos or related to these activities. We do not accept any sites promoting any other illegal or questionable activities. We reserve the right not to host or stop hosting a web site if we think that the content of the web site is not appropriate on our servers. Araunah Web Technologies is the only judge of what is appropriate or not.
Order and Payment Policy :
All orders are subject to acceptance by Araunah Web Technologies. Araunah Web Technologies can refuse to accept, or delay for any period of time, any order for any reason. Before any of Araunah Web Technologies’s services or products are rendered, we require full payment to be made for those services or products unless there is another agreement made with us in writing. We do not offer credits or refunds for services already rendered, unless there is a money back guarantee associated with that particular service. If cancellation is done by us due to policy violation, there will be no refund. We reserves the right to change our prices at any time.
Uptime, maintenance, service, backup and restoration of service :
Araunah Web Technologies will do everything possible to give to our customers, the best uptime possible. Our goal is 100% uptime even if our uptime is currently more around 99.9%. Of course a server always need maintenance and services such as installation of new security and other patches, update of software, reboot, etc. We always try to optimize our work time and do the maintenance of our servers as fast as possible, preferably at night or during the week end to limit the consequences of downtime.
Backups:
In case of server crash, we have in place an emergency procedure for us to be able to be back on line within a few hours after being made aware of the problem. We backup our servers every night and try to protect your data as much as we can. Nevertheless we always ask our customers to keep a copy of their web site on their local computer.
We provide our customers with on demand backup through your control panel cPanel. Please make a backup of your web site there and make a backup after making any changes to your website. In case of a database driven web site, our advice is that you make a backup of your database as often as possible, at least daily to avoid any loss of your precious data. We will make every attempt to restore a backup of your site on request however we encourage you to do your own backup. We make no guarantee that our backup will be complete or that we will have a backup for your account. We will not be responsible for incomplete backups and do not provide any compensation in the event that our backup is not current. Araunah Web Technologies cannot be held responsible for any loss of data that might occur. Limited Liability :
Araunah Web Hosting in any case cannot be held responsible or liable for any amount of money superior to the amount paid monthly to us by a customer. Any customers signing up with Araunah Web Hosting, acknowledge and accept the validity of this clause.
Server(s) load :
When you sign up for a web hosting account or a dedicated server with us, you agree not to harm Araunah Web Technologies, its reputation, its computer systems, its network, programming and/or other persons using our services. We reserves the right to select the most appropriate of our server(s) to host a web site for best performance and reliability. You understand that for a shared hosting account, the services provided by Araunah Web Hosting are provided on a shared server. This means that one web site cannot be permitted to overwhelm the server with heavy CPU usage, for example from the use of highly active CGI scripts or chat scripts. If a customer’s site overwhelms the server and causes complaints from other users, the web site will need to be relocated on another server or on a dedicated server. If a customer refuses to comply with this Section, then Araunah Web Hosting reserves the right to terminate the services. Our goal is to give the best service possible, Araunah web hosting will always try to find a solution that satisfies both parties before terminating an account.
Modifications and abuse :

Privacy Policy :
Araunah Web Technologies will not provide any personally identifiable information on any Customer to any third party without that Customer's prior permission, or as required by law. There are no exceptions to this rule. We take your privacy very seriously.
Services:
Our services are provided on an as is, as available basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Araunah Web Technologies expressly disclaims any representation or warranty that our services will be error-free, secure or uninterrupted. No oral advice or written information given by Araunah Web Technologies, its employees, licensors of the like, will create a warranty. The terms of this Section will survive any termination of this Agreement.
